Variation Editing Optimization
Keywords:Product Management, Scrum
Pinkoi is a leading cross-border design shopping website in Asia, offering design products, digital creations, and experience activities. Research and feedback have shown a high demand and frequency of product editing needs among designers. By optimizing the product editing feature, Pinkoi aims to improve the operational efficiency of design shops, reduce the chance of consumers missing out on products, and increase the transaction volume of designers on the platform. The project consists of two parts: uploading product specifications and images, and editing inventory and prices in batches, as well as enhancing the information presentation of product listings. Working closely with product designers and engineers, the project resulted in a 15% increase in CVR from interest to add-to-cart and a 60% reduction in average editing time of products.

Paid Service Optimization
Keywords:Product Management, Scrum
In this project, we aimed to optimize high-click advertising pages to increase the overall revenue of the site and help sellers generate more traffic and orders. To achieve this, we adjusted the weekly missions on the Mission Game page and improved the product recommendation system to better match user needs. This allowed users to continue exploring products after clicking on an ad without interruption. As a result, we achieved a daily increase of 1,200 clicks and an average revenue increase of $10,000 per month.

As a product manager in this project, I have learned to listen to users and negotiate with different stakeholders, such as product owner, designer, and engineers. To make sure of making a great product, I have to seek the balance between business strategy and user-centered design thinking. It is fun to work with different people and consolidate them as a team.

MOTi Gym Tracker:
User Research Project for
Mobile Workout APP
Keywords:User Research, Usability Testing, Personas, Customer Journey
MOTi is a workout tracker recognizing your workouts while you are exercising. As a professional UX consult-ancy, User Behaviroual Insights lab (UBI) proposed a UX consultancy solution program for J-mex's needs, which combined service design methods invented by IDEO and the Sprint design pro-cess developed by Google Venture.
The project divided into 3 parts : 1. Target audience (TA) framing; 2. Context finding; 3. prototype testing. First, we focused on younger and middle-aged fe-male, and tried to investigate the scenario and key features of them.
Second, we conducted the survey for finding the suitable users to join the interview, and learned users' mindset and behavior qualitatively and quantitative-ly at the same time.
Third, we applied usability testing method on MOTi app demo version and analyzed 5 key issues for MOTi Ver 2.0. Finally, the value proposition workshop was held for J-mex's, in order to cocreate the core value of products and establish consensus for every mem-ber of J-mex.

MOTi Gym Tracker 2.0:
UX Design Project for
Mobile Workout APP and
Wearable Device
Keywords:UX Design, Usability Testing
MOTi Gym Tracker 2.0 focus on those people who wants to workout easily, helping users tracking their workout. When they workout for several months, the APP visually demonstrate training performance. MOTi helps users achieve their goals and continue to improve their performances.
In the beginning, the project proceeds in 2 phases, including Concepts Generation and Interface Design. After UBI discussed with J-mex, 5 main features were concluded in MOTi 2.0, including motion sensing, smart course planning, muscle strength testing, work-out performance tracking, social interaction. Then we ran a guerrilla research to see our target users' feedback. The design concept was modified based on feedback data.
Second, quick sketch the APP flow was the most effective way of concept implementation. Then A short version of usability testing technique was applied for UX design phase, and we proposed 2 times testing period to check if the APP flow is fluent or not. At the same time, we use Prott App to help us make high-fidelity prototype.
As a project manager and UX designer in this project, I have learned to seek the balance between stakeholders and users. Besides executing the user researches during the project, I had to producing stage plans once a week and providing strategic direction during the implementation stage. The project help me strengthen communication skills and gain knowledge of UX design methods.

Step1.
Accounting to different design challenge, choose co-rresponding method to apply with.
Step2.
Call all your team member to join the workshop, prepare some warm-up games, and follow the steps. There are templates and examples on method cards for you to work with .
Step3.
Facilitate the team member and focus on the design challenge, converge the possible solution.
After applying Service Design Toolkit into 3 work-shops, the facilitator and team members found it is a interesting and effective way to co-create the answer of problems, and make sure of every member in the company share the same thoughts.
