I have to communicate effectively with different disciplines in my team, so I need to apply my strong facilitation skills to make sure projects go smoothly. Besides, the experiences of user research project make me be able to prioritize effectively to accomplish works with creativity and enthusiasm.
As a product manager, it’s my mission to create fluent designs and focus on people-centric thinking from concept to implementation throughout the entire customer experience by understanding the how, why and what user have experienced. I work with teams to incorporate from problem definition to post-launch iteration, and I believe that digital experiences should be fluid and flexible.
